1. Make sure the printer is on.
   
2. Close the front cover.
3. Hold down the “OK” button and the “up” arrow at the same time.
4. Press the “OK” button to select “Drum”.
5. Select the “down” button to reset the drum counter.
6. The printer will say accepted when drum is reset
7. You should be able to print

On Printer Menu go to General Setup > Ecology (Eco Mode) > Sleep Time > press Back and - Buttons at same time and it should show Deep Sleep on menu > Hit OK > Hit - to set it to Off > Hit Ok > Hit Back until you are out of the sub menus.
